Why is the Olive Gin a little ‘cloudy’?

The botanicals we use to flavour our olive gin are high in natural oils. When these oils interact with the base alcohol, it creates a reaction called louching. We could filter to remove the cloudiness, but we love that the gin is left in its natural state. Created by botanicals and reactions that we don't want to control. This means you get a natural, authentic product that may look a little different to what you’re used to but we promise you, it’s delicious.

How do you use olives to make gin?

Great question. Olives from our farm groves are the key botanical in our signature gin. Just like cooking, olives are an ingredient in our gin recipe and work together with other botanicals to create a unique, savoury spirit that we know you’ll love.

What do you mean by Organic Certified?

Organic products are everywhere now, right? Actually… probably wrong. Anyone can claim to be organic, but unless you are certified by a qualified third-party you cannot guarantee organic integrity throughout the entire production supply chain.

Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping costs apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
