The spirit that started it all. Roam Limited Edition Whiskey is our premium small batch, single barrel entry to the whiskey world. Matured in a Port Barrel sourced from Margaret River, it’s a smooth, fruity drop with orchard fruit and vanilla notes and a rich caramel and berry finish. Classic, approachable and well balanced, best served neat or on the rocks.

Organic Certified

Our spirits are crafted with organic biodynamic produce harvested from our NASAA certified farm. This means no chemicals, no pesticides and no herbicides; just quality ingredients that yield a depth of flavour.

Locally Produced

Each year we grow, pick, crush, ferment, juice and distil our organic produce to capture a profile that is an authentic expression of the season.

Made with Love

We make the most of the land and we pour our love back into it. It’s less about the motivation to conquer and more about the desire to farm with balance and pride in our pocket of untainted soil in Western Australia's Wheatbelt.

Sustainability

We believe in careful conservation and sustainably driven practices, and we work as much as we can within a closed loop using recycled water, materials and produce from our land.

What kind of whiskey do you make?

We are big fans of all whiskey but really fell in love with the classic, fruity and slightly sweet Speyside style of Scotch whiskey during our travels. This ultimately shaped how we craft our own. We use a Western Australian strain of malt, pot distil (with plenty of ‘quality control tasting’ along the way) and fill barrels sourced from the best wineries and distilleries around the world. Small batch and single barrel, we let the whiskey mature without intervention to create complex and unique flavour profiles that leave you wanting more, long after the last drop.

When will more whiskey be available?

Honestly - we don’t know, but that’s all a part of the ‘magic’ of whiskey. Our philosophy of minimal intervention maturation means we don’t have control over when the spirit will be ready, and we like it that way. We will release our small batch, single barrel editions & promise you that it’ll be worth the wait.

What do you mean by Organic Certified?

Organic products are everywhere now, right? Actually… probably wrong. Anyone can claim to be organic, but unless you are certified by a qualified third-party you cannot guarantee organic integrity throughout the entire production supply chain.

Our farm and produce is Organic Biodynamic Certified by NASAA Certified Organic. To learn more about certification, visit the NASAA website.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping costs apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
